Delhi Guest Teacher Recruitment: The Delhi Directorate of Education has releases Delhi Guest Teacher Recruitment notification for TGT & PGT Post i.e.TGT( Maths, Science and English), PGT( English, Maths, Physics, Biology, Chemistry, Commerce and Economics), EVGCs and TGT Special Education Teachers for Engagement in Delhi Government Schools, on the basis of as and when required, for the academic session 2020-21 and onwards.The online registration is started from today i.e 1st December 2020 & it will be concluded at 10th December 2020 (Extended till 15 Dec 2020).Qualified candidates can register their application form with any one district of choicegiven at official portal @http://www.edudel.nic.in/.

How to Apply for Delhi Guest Teacher Recruitment 2020-21:

  • Candidates will first have to go to the official website http://www.edudel.nic.in/ of Delhi Guest Teacher.
  • There they will find a link to Delhi Guest Teacher Recruitment 2020
  • After getting on that link, click on it.
  • Now fill all the required credentials.
  • Then click on the submit button.
  • The candidate must download it and take the print out for further use during document verification.

Delhi Guest Teacher Recruitment-Educational Qualification

Applicants who want to join guest teacher positions must possess a Bachelor's or Master’s Degree from a recognized University or Board. Also passed CTET Paper 1 & 2 according to the post applied for.

For PGT : Post graduate degree in the subject concerned from a recognized university with B. Ed.

For TGT:

(i) A Bachelor's Degree (Honours/Pass) or equivalent from a recognized University having secured 45% marks in aggregate, in two school subjects of which at least one out of the following should have been at the elective level:-
A. English
B. Mathematics
C. Natural / Physical Science
D. Social Science

(ii) Bachelor of Education from a recognized university
(iii) CTET (Paper -II Secondary Level) conducted by CBSE

Delhi Guest Teacher Recruitment- Age Limit

For PGT : 36 Year

For TGT: 32 Years & for female candidate: 42 Year.

Delhi Guest Teacher Recruitment-Selection Process

After filling the online application form for the Delhi Guest Teacher Recruitment process.The merit list will be prepared on the basis of the student academic score.The order of Merit list shall be displayed on the departmental website. Further, document verification related to age, qualifications, caste certificate etc. will be conducted by the department. The selected candidates will be called for engagement as guest teachers, as per the requirement.

Note: Delhi Guest Teacher Recruitment is purely contracted basis, as soon as a regular teacher joins the school, the Guest Teacher concerned will be dis-engaged from that school, irrespective of his/her standing in the order of merit list initially drawn for the purpose of engagement.
